1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

  • A valid order ID and proof of purchase is required


2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order products (including custom uniforms, altered sizes, name prints, logo prints)

  • Innerwear, socks, accessories (for hygiene reasons)

  • Products damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or improper handling

  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective)


3. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

  • Order ID

Once verified, we will provide:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund, depending on product availability


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp / Email / Contact Page

  2. Share your Order ID, reason for return, and product images

  3. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process

Return shipping charges may apply unless the return is due to our error.


5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to:

    • Original payment method (UPI, Card, Net Banking)

COD orders may receive refunds via UPI or bank transfer


6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size or defective issues

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery

  • Exchange depends on stock availability


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

  • Customized orders cannot be cancelled
